Summary

Mods "Update sky island to version 3.0 by TGWeaver"

Purpose of change

@TGWeaver seems to be inactive, and to resolve issues with arithmetic (that was resently obsoleted in favor of math) i decided to port the recent version of a mod out of repo (aka Milestone 1, that TGW decided to test outside of the repo) to dda repository

Describe the solution

Move entire https://github.com/TGWeaver/CDDA-Sky-Islands of current version to dda
additionally moved TGWeaver/CDDA-Sky-Islands#53 and TGWeaver/CDDA-Sky-Islands#59 to the repo, preserving the authorship

Describe alternatives you've considered

Is there any projected impact on current sky island games?

I think author implemented some way to migrate old version to a new one directly into the mod, but nuances are unknown to me

Pre-Milestone 1 versions of Sky Islands should be updated in-game automatically once the new version is installed, there shouldn't be any interruption as far as I know and I've seen multiple people test it as such.
